hey Divas and Divos it is time for another Chic for Cheap, and yes I am so damn cheap. You know something it is so hard for me to pass up any good deal and to me a clothing rack at any store is just about a good deal to me well as long as they carry my size (LOL). But as usual I was passing threw Walmart and I told you ladies and gents do not sleep on Walmarts, kmarts, Targets or any of your local stores that carry household, food, clotihng and more you never know what you are going to come across in there. So of course Walmart is rigth down the street from my house and when I seen that dollar rack or rather racks cause there was a bunch of them Divas let me tell you my eyes damn near popped out of the socket.
